Polymag Tek’s process roll cleaners offer automated, on-line cleaning capability designed to remove contamination from casting, calendar, chill, and laminating rolls. The cleaning head wipes contaminants from the surface of the rotating process roll using a fabric covered touch roll. The cleaner then steps across the face of the roller on a traversing rail, advancing the fabric at each step to expose a fresh cleaning surface.
