Bobst Names New VP of North America, Business Unit Web-Fed
Bobst North America has named Todd Blumsack as the new vice president of its business unit web-fed for North America. The appointment became effective on August 31, 2015.
“We are very pleased to welcome Todd to the team, especially following the recent acquisition by BOBST of a majority share in Nuova GIDUE S.r.l., the Italian manufacturer of presses for the labels and packaging industry,” says Bob Pordon, CEO and head of the Bobst Service Center North America. “Todd’s successful track record and extensive industry experience will be a great addition to Bobst North America as we continue to experience growth across the full range of BOBST’s Web-fed products.”
Blumsack brings 26 years of experience in the printing industry. Prior to joining Bobst, he
most recently served as VP of sales and marketing for Xeikon North America, and previously was director of marketing for Weyerhaeuser Company. Todd began his career in the printing industry at Eastman Kodak Company.
