Domino North America Hires Manager to Further Opportunities in Flexible Packaging

January 7, 2016

Domino North America has appointed John Malette as its new sector development manager to further develop growing opportunities related to the flexible packaging market.

Malette comes with a wealth of experience within the industry, having spent 20 years in various business development roles providing solutions to customers choosing flexible film as their first choice for primary packaging.

According to Mark Shaffer, Domino’s director of sector development, “John’s wealth of experience and industry knowledge has already made him a key addition to the Domino family. We view his appointment as a sign of our commitment to seeking innovative and customer-focused alternatives for the coding market. I’m confident that John will play a key role in implementing the strategies and execution required to support the growing needs of the North American flexible packaging market.”

In addition to Malette’s appointment, Domino North America has also added additional product specialists, specifically for primary packaging. Domino has responded to customer requirements for expertise in understanding their business needs long term, and as a result, the specialists will serve designated untapped markets, as well as supporting the sales team for product support.
