New Era Converting Machinery Inc. has appointed Stefan Rudolph as the company's new international business development specialist for Europe, India and parts of Asia. 

Stefan will operate primarily from his office in Hamburg, Germany, which will give New Era the platform it needs for face-to-face customer interaction and process support throughout Europe and Asia. 

Rudolph comes to New Era with extensive industry experience and a deep knowledge of the international converting market, company officials say. 

“New Era feels strongly that Stefan will provide timely support to our growing customer base in these regions and will also speed our growth due to his understanding of these markets,” said Paul Lembo, executive vice president of New Era.
