Clondalkin Flexible Packaging has appointed Herald Veenstra as production leader at the company’s Grootegast facility in the Netherlands.

“We’re very happy that Herald has joined us as production leader,” said Jacco Thijen, managing director at Clondalkin’s Grootegast facility. “He has a very focused professional background in the production environment.”

Veenstra will be responsible for the management of daily operations and will be working on continuous improvements in product quality, and health and safety. He has a background in production management and continuous improvement in the chemical industry.

“I’m enjoying working within Clondalkin Flexible Packaging,” Veenstra said. “The company operates very open channels of communication, and has clear goals and targets in terms of production, which provides a real opportunity to contribute.”
