A new, lower-cost form of flexible packaging for 8-ounce milk packaging has been announced by The Barton Group of New York.

Pregis is plans to invest $17 million in its Grand Rapids, Michigan facility, which has been known as Eagle Film Extruders. 

Constantia Flexibles Group will purchase pharmaceutical packaging manufacturer Oai Hung Co., Ltd. in Vietnam. Approval from the relevant authorities is expected in the coming months. The parties have agreed to not to disclose the price of the transaction.
