Berry Plastics Group Inc. and AVINTIV Inc. have entered into a definitive agreement for Berry Plastics to acquire AVINTIV Inc. for approximately $2.45 billion in cash on a debt-free, cash-free basis.
The 63,000 square-foot facility is expected to produce 37 million pounds of solvent ink for packaging on an annual basis.
