Amcor has acquired Nampak Flexibles, the market leader in flexible packaging in South Africa, for $22 million.

 Daetwyler has entered into agreement with NANOVIS GmbH, a Swiss-based company, in order to provide sales and service throughout North America for the innovative Type NWC integrated recycling parts cleaning washer.

Nordmeccanica has tabbed June 2 as the grand opening of its Long Island, NY facility, which will serve as the new North American home base for the company.
