InterFlex Group Receives BRC Certification at Wisconsin Plant
In an effort to exceed customer quality needs and to meet global industry standards, The InterFlex Group announced the British Retail Consortium (BRC) certification of its Merrill, Wisconsin, facility. BRC certification ensures a company’s products and services meet the requirements set out in the BRC Global Standard for packaging and packaging materials.
“BRC Global Standards’ guarantee the standardization of quality, safety and operational criteria and ensure that manufacturers’ fulfill their legal obligations and provide protection for the end consumer,” says Shane Miller, InterFlex Group continuous improvement manager.
The scope of the BRC audit covered the printing, lamination, slitting, pouching and Innoloc of PE flexible packaging products for the food industry.
