ProAmpac Acquires AB Group Shopping Bag Product Line Assets
ProAmpac has acquired the North American shopping bag product line of AB Packaging Group. This transaction will enable the parties to better serve their customers in their respective markets.
“These assets will add additional capacity to ProAmpac’s paper handle bag production, enabling us to better serve our growing food service, catering and retail customer base,” says ProAmpac CEO Greg Tucker.
