Packline USA has released Repeat USA, the first 100 percent recyclable PE film and pouch addressing the growing consumer demand to buy recyclable products.

Repeat USA is made from multiple layers of barrier film laminated together, then sealed. This process creates a structure with barrier properties that eliminate unwanted elements such as moisture, vapor and odor. Additionally, since laminated film is much stronger than normal film, it’s puncture resistant and highly resilient.

Repeat USA can be filled and sealed by standard automated packaging lines. Easy-peel and micro-perforated film are some of the features that contribute to extending shelf life of foods.
