Rollprint, Alliantz Flexible Packaging, EuroFoil Teo Combine to Form New International Company
A new flexible packaging entity consisting of Rollprint Packaging Products, Alliantz Flexible Packaging and EuroFoil Teo has been formed to focus on the demanding requirements of the medical device, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and life science industries.
The name of the new company is forthcoming, and will be revealed during PACK EXPO.
The new entity is investing $15 million (U.S.) across all locations, enabling it to meet growing demand for engineered solutions based on stringent industry requirements. Vertically integrated capabilities allow the new company to offer consistency and continuity of supply.
