ConQuip’s parent company, Advance Technologies, Inc. (ATI), will consolidate its ConQuip converting equipment division with its AccuPro dryer division under the corporate umbrella of Allied Machining & Engineering, Inc (AME).

 

The consolidation is aimed at better serving customers by facilitating synergies in their coating and drying product offerings. As a result, both companies will now move forward as a single entity under the AME name. AME is a U.S. corporation wholly owned by ATI. 

 

ATI’s chairman, Yuqing Cao, noted that combining our operations will provide customers better service and simplify their projects by being able to offer a more complete equipment solution from a single source. As ATI continues to grow, the company’s goal is to further its coating, drying and overall converting technologies to offer a more integrated approach to projects, reducing the complexity and cost of these projects.
