Glenroy Inc., a converter and printer of flexible packaging, has concluded an agreement effective Jan. 16, to acquire the pouch converting operations of PF Flexibles, formerly known as Pouch Converting Technologies Inc.

PF Flexibles, based in Hartford, Wis., has produced award-winning standup pouches, and offers exceptional expertise in producing standup pouches for liquids. This acquisition provides Glenroy Inc. with a wide range of pouch converting equipment, and allows Glenroy to offer some of the most extensive in-house premade pouch converting capabilities in the industry.

According to Richard Buss, Glenroy Inc.'s president and chief executive officer, "With standup pouch usage continually increasing, the acquisition of PF Flexibles, combined with Glenroy's 50 years of experience in flexible packaging, allows us to provide top-quality custom-engineered pouches.
