The new UK Packaging Pact builds on the success of the UK Plastics Pact, launched by WRAP in 2018 and which is nearing its end. 

Solution is made possible using a bag made of SIG Terra RecShield, a mono-material film with a newly formulated polymer structure that replaces the conventional multi-layer structure typically used in bag-in-box packaging.

Unlike traditional reverse printed PET/PE laminations, the film is designed to serve as a standalone, non-laminated and surface printed structure, reducing the number of processing steps for packaging converters.
