2027 Exhibit Pricing

Renewal Rate Exhibit Space Rate (2026 Participants Only through 7/31/26) = $1,650

Early Bird Exhibit Space Rate (on or before 9/30/26) = $1,750
Standard Exhibit Space Rate (begins 10/1/2026) = $1,950
Company listing Upgrade = $350
Additional Standard Listing = $250
* Returning exhibitors submitting their aplications by July 7/31/26 will be eligible for a special renewal rate

Exhibitor Fee Includes:
1) One 10’ wide x 10’ deep exhibit booth space:

  • 8’ back drape and 3’ side drapery
  • One (1) 6’ display table skirted with black drape
  • Two (2) side chairs
  • One (1) 7” x 44” identification sign
2) Two complimentary registrations (additional registrations at the prevailing attendee rate)
3) Standard Company Listing on website and in mobile app*

Exhibiting Specifications and Policies

  • Please provide your location preference (top three choices) with your registration. Exhibitors will be assigned based on seniority and the order applications are received.
  • All exhibitor payments are due in full upon receipt of contract. When invoiced, fees are due within 30 days from receipt of invoice. If fees are not paid in full within 15 days of any rate increase, the increased rate will apply. In the event full payment is not received by December 18, 2026, exhibitors may not be listed in on-site materials and may lose their space. If contract is signed within 30 days of event start date, full payment is due upon receipt.
  • There are no refunds on exhibitor space registrations.
  • By registering, you agree to the Terms and Conditions for exhibiting at Converters Expo South.
  • Exhibitor resources such as, material shipping/handling, electrical ordering and more is posted under the Exhibitor Set-Up page.
