Are Group Rates Available?
Yes! Group Discount: Buy one, Get one 50% discount.
In order to qualify for a group discount, you must be qualify for the Brand-Owner/Retailer/Co-Packer rate and all participants in the group must be registered at same time. Group discount cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Additional attendees registered at a later date will not qualify for group rate.
Who is considered for a "Brand-Owner/Retailer/Co-Packer" rate?
ONLY professionals from brand owners, manufacturers, co-packers or retailers of consumer goods such as processed foods, beverages, toiletries, over-the counter drugs, toys, etc. are eligible for these rates.
Who is considered for a "Industry Supplier" rate?

Packaging industry executives who develop/manufacture, supply, or recommend pouch materials, components, machinery; contract service providers; and industry consultants.

I'm an exhibitor. Should I still register?

Yes. Exhibitors will receive one complimentary full conference pass with purchase of a tabletop. A customized discount code will be provided to all exhibiting companies and sponsors by event management. Additional exhibitor/sponsor registrations above and beyond the complimentary allotment are available for a fee of $900.

What is the cancellation policy?
Registered attendees may cancel up to 30 days prior to the start date of the event (April 27, 2026) for a full 100% refund and up to 14 days prior to event start date (May 13, 2026) for a 50% refund. Beginning May 14, 2026, no refund of any type will be issued. Alternate parties may be substituted at any time without penalty. All cancellations and substitution requests must be submitted in writing to bnp@executivevents.com. Alternate parties may be substituted at any time without penalty.
