A checklist is provided to help you organize and prepare for your tabletop exhibition at Global Pouch Forum.
To ensure that your company is accurately identified in the Exhibitor Profiles portion of the attendees’ Global Pouch Forum Workbook, please be sure to respond to the emailed request you will receive later and provide the following no later than April 16th:
Exhibitor set-up will take place on Wednesday June 9th, from 3:30 to 5:00 PM. Please note that set-up time is limited to 1 1/2 hours, and all exhibits must be operational and ready for business by 5:00 PM.
This portion of the event is a tabletop exhibition with each exhibit space consisting of a 6’ x 30” draped table with two chairs and a 5 ½” x 17” table tent sign with your company name. Due to ballroom space limitations, all freestanding exhibit displays, signs or banners must be no wider than 6 feet. Pop-up exhibits are only permitted if they are 6 feet wide or less. You must purchase an additional exhibit space if your exhibit is wider than 6 feet.
Exhibitor Teardown will take place on Wednesday, June 9th from 7:30-9:00 pm (immediately following the reception.) Exhibits must be completely dismantled and materials prepared for shipping by 9:00 pm on Wednesday, June 9th. Any materials left after 9:00 pm will be discarded.
Please review and print the Exhibitor Service Form for information and details you need for shipping your exhibit materials. This info shipping and receiving instructions, handling prices, and form should be completed and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by May 24, 2021.

The Hotel will not accept C.O.D. shipments. We strongly recommend that you confirm delivery of your shipment through your shipping company PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL.
Exhibitors may rent audio-visual equipment, electricity, internet connections, etc. directly from the hotel at an additional cost. Please complete the attached Exhibitor Service Form and email to email@example.com by May 24, 2021.
