Here you will find important details, deadlines, specifications and opportunities in regards to your exhibit at Global Pouch Forum.


Included in Exhibit Space

Each exhibiting space includes one 6 ft. x 30 in. skirted table, two chairs, and a 5.5" x 17" table tent sign with your company name.

Grand Ballroom ABCD is a carpeted ballroom.

NOTE: Due to space limitations, all freestanding exhibit displays, signs or banners must be no wider than 6 feet. Pop-up displays are only permitted if they are 6 feet wide or less. You must purchase an additional space if your exhibit is wider than 6 feet.


Directory Listing

As an exhibitor you receive a company listing in the on-site Forum Workbook. A directory listing includes company name, contact listing (email address and phone number), website link, tabletop # and 50 word company description.

All exhibitors will receive an email with a link to add/update your profile on The Global Pouch Forum interactive floor plan. The profile that is uploaded to the floor plan will be used to create each exhibiting company's directory listing in the Forum Workbook. To ensure that your company is accurately identified in the Exhibitor Profiles portion of the Global Pouch Forum Workbook, please be sure to update your profile on the interactive floorplan no later than April 24th.

Exhibitor Set-Up and Teardown

Exhibitor set-up will take place on Wednesday June 7th, from 3:30 to 5:00 PM.

Please note that set-up time is limited to 1 1/2 hours, and all exhibits must be operational and ready for business by 5:00 PM.

This portion of the event is a tabletop exhibition with each exhibit space consisting of a 6’ x 30” draped table with two chairs and a 5 ½” x 17” table tent sign with your company name. Due to ballroom space limitations, all freestanding exhibit displays, signs or banners must be no wider than 6 feet. Pop-up exhibits are only permitted if they are 6 feet wide or less. You must purchase an additional exhibit space if your exhibit is wider than 6 feet.

Exhibitor Teardown will take place on Thursday, June 8th from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Exhibits must be completely dismantled and materials prepared for shipping by 1:00 PM on Thursday, June 8th. Any materials left after 1:00 PM will be discarded.


Shipping & Handling

Please review and print the Exhibitor Service Form for information and details you need for shipping your exhibit materials. This form should be completed and emailed to Accountingchiro@hyatt.com by May 16, 2023.

All packages must include a return address and boxes must be numbered (i.e. 1 of 2, 2 of 2) and addressed as follows:

Packages can be received up to 3 business days prior to event start date (starting Thursday, June 1).

The Hotel will not accept C.O.D. shipments. We strongly recommend that you confirm delivery of your shipment through your shipping company PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL.


Audio Visual & Electric Services

Exhibitors may rent audio-visual equipment, electricity, internet connections, etc. directly from the hotel at an additional cost. Please complete the attached Exhibitor Service Form and email to Accountingchiro@hyatt.com by May 16, 2023.

Lead Retrieval

We have partnered with Aventri Lead Capture Services this year to provide lead retrieval services to our exhibitors. To take advantage of this new service, an email will be sent to each exhibiting company 3 months out from Global Pouch Forum. If you cannot locate the email and need it resent, please reach out to Stephanie Matal at smatal@executivevents.com

The Aventri Lead Capture App will cost $335 per license.
