Included in Exhibit Space
Each exhibiting space includes one 6 ft. x 30 in. skirted table, two chairs, and a 5.5" x 17" table tent sign with your company name.
The Island Room is a carpeted ballroom.
NOTE: Due to space limitations, all freestanding exhibit displays, signs or banners must be no wider than 6 feet. Pop-up displays are only permitted if they are 6 feet wide or less. You must purchase an additional space if your exhibit is wider than 6 feet.
As an exhibitor you receive a company listing in the on-site Forum Workbook. A directory listing includes company name, contact listing (email address and phone number), website link, tabletop # and 50 word company description.All exhibitors will receive an email with a link to add/update your profile on The Global Pouch Forum interactive floor plan. The profile that is uploaded to the floor plan will be used to create each exhibiting company's directory listing in the Forum Workbook. Exhibitor Set-Up and Teardown
Exhibitor set-up will take place on Wednesday, May 29th, from 2:00 to 6:30 PM.
Please note that set-up time is limited to 4 1/2 hours, and all exhibits must be operational and ready for business by 6:30 PM.
This portion of the event is a tabletop exhibition with each exhibit space consisting of a 6’ x 30” draped table with two chairs and a 5 ½” x 17” table tent sign with your company name. Due to ballroom space limitations, all freestanding exhibit displays, signs or banners must be no wider than 6 feet. Pop-up exhibits are only permitted if they are 6 feet wide or less. You must purchase an additional exhibit space if your exhibit is wider than 6 feet.
Exhibitor Teardown will take place on Thursday, May 30th from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Exhibits must be completely dismantled and materials prepared for shipping by 8:00 PM on Thursday, May 30th. Any materials left after 8:00 PM will be discarded.

Packages can be received up to 3 business days prior to event start date (starting Thursday, May 23rd). Any packages received before May 23rd may be subject to a storage fee.
The hotel will not accept C.O.D. shipments. We strongly recommend that you confirm delivery of your shipment through your shipping company PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL.
Audio Visual & Electric Services
Exhibitors may rent audio-visual equipment, electricity, internet connections, etc. directly from the hotel at an additional cost.
Information regarding lead retrieval services will be announced soon.
