AJ Adhesives and Mid-America Packaging Buy Adhesives Plus
AJ Adhesives and Mid-America Packaging have acquired Plano, Texas-based Adhesives Plus. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Adhesives Plus has been in the adhesives business for 36 years, serving Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and New Mexico.
At present, each company will continue to operate as it currently does, experiencing only minor changes to transition to the operating platform. Adhesives Plus personnel will be joining the AJ Adhesives and Mid-America Packaging team and will be vital in assisting the transition, company officials say.
