Massman Automation Designs launches HFS-IM Intermittent Motion FlexPack machines
Massman Automation Designs, LLC (massmanllc.com) announces the release of the new Massman HFS-IM Intermittent Motion FlexPack, flexible pouch filling machines. This newly designed packaging machine will accommodate a wide range of package sizes at speeds from 35-60 pouches per minute. Continuous Motion HFFS-CM Form, Fill, & Seal High Speed machines are available up to 200 pouches per minute.
The Massman “FlexPack” HFS-IM standard design advantages include: custom sealed bearing pouch transport conveyor to eliminate chain stretch, Allen Bradley servo control on critical elements, modular design for special application requirements, Washdown construction as needed per application, fast and repeatable change overs and small footprint to maximize floor space utilization. The design allows provisions for optional pouch former.
