API Group (apigroup.com) today announced it has  completed the acquisition of the manufacturing assets and business of Amsterdam Metallized Products (AMP). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1966 and based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, AMP is a leader in brand enhancement packaging substrate technologies, pioneering transfer metalizing paper, board and filmic materials.

Initially, Pim will manage the new Amsterdam site, with its full operational capability and workforce, to support the transition of AMP’s product lines into the API manufacturing system.”
