Rotoflex has released the Vericut3, which the company says is the next generation of its premier off-line finishing solutions for digital and conventional printed web label finishing. The machine, which can be configured into optional processes such as lamination, hot and cold foil and screen and coatings, is 100 percent servo-driven for precise tension control and flexibility. It features a motorized roll lift, a proprietary control system, a biometric login, webpath for reduced set up waste, a motorized capstan and optimized operating speeds. The new additions to the Vericut3, such as its automated die cutter and flexo unit set up, are also designed to reduce material waste.
