Morris Packaging has acquired a new pouch machine and a new bag machine in an effort to expand its converting capabilities at its Jefferson City, Missouri, facility. 

ePac Holdings has announced it will open a plant in Boulder, Colorado, in fall 2017 to complement its Middleton, Wisconsin, location.

Tekni-Plex Inc. has acquired the self-adhesive tape substrate business of Alfatherm SpA in Venegono Superiore, Italy. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
