Karlville (karlville.com) has opened new office in Switzerland to focus pouch converting machinery efforts in Europe. Karlville Swiss will be managed by Gustavo Guzzi and Gianfranco Locatelli, pouch machinery seasoned managers. The two will manage flexible packaging machinery sales and service into EMEA. Karlville maintains French operations as main hub for packaging equipment specific to shrink sleeve application, tape multipacks and pouch filling. Both operations will work side by side, French operations focusing on packaging and Swiss operations on converting.

Karlville Swiss’ focus will be to expand sales and service support for EMEA for pouch machines, slitters and laminators. Karlville Swiss will likewise work hand in hand with Karlville USA to expand new HP Pack Ready efforts in EMEA. Karlville USA will maintain management of Shrink Sleeve Converting globally.

In parallel to the new Swiss company, Karlville collaborates with fabrication partner to expand flat bottom pouch sales. Utilizing Karlville service support in the U.S. and Europe, Karlville will sell and service flat bottom pouch machines.
