Closing the Loop with Recycling at the Bin

Closing the Loop with Recycling at the Bin
July 18, 2018

Thousands of different looking recycling labels on bins can cause confusion for the public. This hurts the environment, businesses and packaging companies.

Recycle Across America (RAA) aims to standardize the label solution nationwide for bins and to educate on how it will help packagers reduce costs and meet their sustainability goals.

RAA wants people to know easily what to put in the bins. RAA partners include major companies such as Whole Foods, Kaiser, Disney, Subaru and more, schools, national parks, stadiums, etc.

This simple solution is the most obvious way to clean up recycling and make closed-loop manufacturing achievable.

For more information on the RAA’s goals on labeling for recycling bins and how it may help packaging companies, please visit recycleacrossamerica.org.
