The InvisiPac is a revolutionary hot melt system for case and carton sealing. Its tank-free design puts an end to tank char, eliminates nozzle plugging and requires only ten minutes to reach operating temperature, three significant advantages over traditional hot melt and competitive tank-free systems.

“InvisiPac was engineered to solve the complex and costly problems associated with traditional hot-melt systems that rely on a tank to bring adhesives up to a temperature of 350°F or more,” says Nick Long, senior product marketing manager at Graco. “Without a tank attached to the system, InvisiPac eliminates both nozzle plugging and the need for constant tank scraping, which increases the amount of time the production line is up and running.”

In 2013, InvisiPac won the prestigious Gold Visionary Award by UBM Canon’s Packaging Group at the EastPack 2013 packaging industry trade show in Philadelphia, PA.
