Axon (axoncorp.com), powered by Pro Mach, has appointed Mark Kapp, an experienced industry sales professional, Midwest regional sales manager. Axon is a leading manufacturer of fully automated, heat-shrink labeling, tamper-evident banding, and stretch-sleeving equipment. In the past three years, Axon has introduced the most advanced series of new products in terms of productivity and flexibility in its more than 30 year history.

Kapp will be responsible for leading an Axon sales and support team throughout the Midwestern United States, including Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin.

A Wisconsin resident, Kapp worked most recently as a senior account manager at Flexo-Graphics, a label company in Milwaukee. He has been successful in a variety of sales and management positions, including more than 10 years with American Printing Company, where he earned multiple awards for his role as business development manager. A past president of sales & marketing executives of Madison, Kapp has also served on the group’s board of directors for five years.
