Inaugural Contract Packaging Insights to Innovation Forum will Explore Key Industry Trends

Interactive event will look at consumer markets, packaging.

Sonoco (NYSE: SON), one of the largest diversified global packaging companies, is partnering with the Contract Packaging Association to present the inaugural Contract Packaging “Insights to Innovation” Forum on May 12, at Sonoco’s new IPS Studio innovation center in Hartsville, S.C.

The interactive event is tailored to forward-looking contract packaging companies that want to add new value to their partnerships with customers. Topics will range from a 30,000 foot view of the consumer marketplace, to emerging trends impacting big brands and challenger brands, to the latest innovations in packaging formats, along with the latest in graphic design for brand breakthroughs.

Brian Wagner, vice president of consulting services at HAVI, on the future of packaging
