Triangle’s high speed bowl and tray loading system works for home meal replacements and microwaveable trays, either to fill the entire container or a targeted section. The system combines a Triangle A918 inline combination weigher with a unique custom-designed rotary wheel depositor. Typical products run on the system include proteins, vegetables, pastas and any other food that requires gentle handling. The weigher also has blending capabilities and is operated by Rockwell Automation’s ControlLogix. Multiple weighers can be added to the system for expanded blending capabilities. System speed is up to 140 containers/minute.
