They handle all aspects of folding carton creation, from prototypes to layout, manufacturing, and delivery. They serve the New York/New Jersey/Pennsylvania tri-state area, as well as nationwide customers.

Color-Box, LLC (www.gp.com/packaging/colorbox) of Atlanta, GA, focuses on the entire supply chain, which allows them to deliver packaging that drives sales. As a result, their customers enjoy greater shelf velocity with packaging that “pops,” along with the flexibility to create packaging to meet the needs of everything from supermarkets and club stores to mass merchants. Combined with operational efficiency and wide range of board combinations and flute sizes, Color-Box puts packaging closer to the consumer than ever before.

Dee Paper Box Co. (www.deepaper.com) of Chester, PA, is a major resource for creative, innovative folding cartons and packaging for a wide range of industries. Founded in 1919 by Max Dee as a paper specialty supplier, the company expanded into the design and manufacture of folding cartons in the late 1950s. Today, Dee Paper operates from a converted 100,000-square-foot mill where they offer complete design and manufacturing capabilities, including electronic pre-press, computer-to-plate (CTP), fully automated diemaking, multi-color offset printing, UV coating and varnishes, gluing, and barcoding.

A third generation manufacturer of paperboard folding cartons and mailing products, Pulver Packaging (www.pulverpackaging.com) of Elk Grove, IL focuses on short, medium, and large runs. Capabilities include 6-color printing on substrates up to .040” on their Komori 640+C printing presses, Bobst SP102 diecutters, Jagenberg folder-gluers with self-seal attachments, and auto bottom attachments. They also provide inhouse structural and graphic design services.

“We’re thrilled to welcome these companies to the PPC family,” says Ben Markens, president of PPC. “I’m certain that our comprehensive array of programs will provide their entire staffs with opportunities in education, marketing, profit advancement, and networking.”
