Unilever has sold its Bertolli line of olive oils and vinegars to Spanish companyGrupo SOS SA. The $925.9 million deal also includes the sale of the Italian Maya, Dante and San Giorgio olive oil and seed oil businesses, as well as a factory in Inveruno, Italy.
