Wood appointed vice president and general manager of TimBar Hanover Packaging
TimBar Packaging & Display’s (timbar.com) Board of Directors recently approved the appointment of Dennis Wood to the position of Vice President in addition to his current role as General Manager for the company’s Hanover Packaging facility located in Hanover, Pennsylvania. He joined TimBar in 2007 as Operations Manager for the TimBar’s Oxford Division in New Oxford, Pennsylvania. Subsequently, he served as Sales Manager, Food Service for the division and Operation Analyst at HQ. In 2010, Wood moved into the role of General Manager for the newly acquired Valley Forge facility. Wood is a veteran of the US Navy Submarine Service.
“Dennis has strong analytical skills”, states Matt Heleva, president/CEO. He added, “Those skills have been key to his and TimBar’s success as we integrate these new businesses into the TimBar family and position them for growth”.
