The integration of DynaClean conveyors and Xtreme metal detectors is meant to exceed the demands and expectations of food processors. The user-friendly interface of the metal detector was modeled after today’s stylish and advanced smartphones. Highlights include full QWERTY keyboard, robust auto set-up, dedicated reject log and vivid display. The metal detector offers superior sensitivity with its multiple frequency range and vibration immunity. An integrated beacon and configurable inputs and outputs enable easy installation. Multiple metal detector conveyors can be remotely monitored and controlled from a single PC, enabling users to monitor, analyze and update each system, as if the operator was standing at each machine.
