The Biscuit & Cracker Manufacturers Association (B&CMA) will, for the first time, host the Baking-Snack Lounge at PACK EXPO International 2014 in partnership with PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies. To be held be Nov. 2–5 at McCormick Place in Chicago, the event is expected to draw 50,000 attendees to see more than 2,000 exhibitors. Approximately 15 percent of PACK EXPO attendees identify themselves as baking and snack manufacturers.

The lounge, endorsed by B&CMA and staffed by cookie and cracker experts, will serve as the central information center and gathering place for the baking and snack segment. Attendees will also be able to view the diverse programs that make B&CMA the leader in industry education.
