Home » Beringer Founders' Estate Wines launches new packaging and advertising on Food Network
Beringer Founders' Estate, the winery's most widely distributed tier of wines, debuts new packaging this month. The Founders' Estate collection of wines includes nine varietals, all sourced from premier California vineyards, crafted to enjoy immediately and pair well with a variety of dishes. The bold new packaging is inspired by the heritage of Beringer dating back to its establishment in 1876, with a modern update that consumers will find particularly appealing on shelf. The wines reflect the quality that Beringer has long been known for, at a price point that makes them ideal for everyday indulgence.
As the modern, eye-catching new packaging hits shelves this summer, shoppers will see accompanying point of sale materials highlighting Beringer Founders' Estate as a presenting sponsor of Food Network's Chopped Grill Masters. A text to win sweepstakes advertised in-store across major retailers offers a chance to win a home grilling space. Chopped Grill Masters is a thrilling, 5 episode competition premiering Tuesday, July 14th at 10pm on Food Network in which sixteen pitmasters and grilling experts must prove their dominance on a grill with a mystery basket of ingredients. Beringer Founders' Estate Senior Brand Manager Sheri Tueros commented, "There are few better pairings than steak and wine, so we are excited to partner with Chopped Grill Masters to highlight our wines during the summer grilling season." Beringer's custom 'Chopped Open Your Basket' vignette will appear on television as well as in 500 Kroger stores at shelf, inviting consumers to view a Chopped-inspired competition video on shelf as they purchase a bottle of Beringer Founders' Estate to pair with their own grilled creations.
Beringer Founders' Estate wines elevate grilling beyond the backyard, allowing home cooks to enjoy delicious wines of quality, heritage and value with a variety of pairings. The advertising commitment signals an unprecedented level of investment against the Founders' Estate tier and is indicative of a renewed focus on the wines as well as the Beringer brand as a whole. As the longest continually operating winery in the Napa Valley, Beringer Vineyards remains one of California's most iconic producers, and with the recent addition of family member Mark Beringer as Chief Winemaker, continues to promote the strength and quality of its portfolio, vineyard holdings and winemaking legacy.
