Nercon announces Tom Van Doorn as new VP of sales
Nercon (nercon.com), a manufacturer of conveyor systems and components, has announced the appointment of Tom Van Doorn as VP of sales for the company. Van Doorn brings extensive experience to this executive position that he has occupied since July. A highly accomplished professional, Tom has built and led sales and service teams throughout the North American and international food industry for more than 30 years.
As vice president of sales, Van Doorn will be responsible for establishing sales processes, coaching and mentoring the sales team, developing new business and helping with the company’s strategic direction for continued growth.
“Tom brings a nice combination of engineering and sales experience to help lead the sales of our conveyor systems and equipment,” says Steve Anklam, vice president at Nercon. “Tom has a great way about him. He is driven to help our customers succeed with their conveyor needs and does it in a way that is educational, engaging and fun. We are excited to have him on board.”
