Simplimatic Automation (simplimatic.com) is proud to welcome Shawn Semer as vice president of packaging sales to aid in further promoting the company’s rapid sales growth and development.

Simplimatic specializes in the design, manufacture and integration of material handling and robotic automation systems serving a variety of industries across the globe. Simplimatic is dedicated to the hire of individuals who diligently promote the company’s high business standards.

Semer received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Goshen College and has more than 20 years of sales, engineering and project management experience within the areas of packaging, palletizing and robotics. He has held several influential roles in positions such as mechanical engineer, national account manager, sales manager and VP of sales.

Semer’s responsibilities include increasing sales close rates through collaborative selling between Simplimatic’s sales team and customers, increasing Simplimatic’s presence within the palletizing market, assisting the sales team with all robotic applications, and supporting the overall growth and success of the company.
