To meet the increasing demand in the North American market, Zanders (zanders.com) has strengthened its sales force. Zanders announces sales manager Hank Somer has joined the team for the U.S. and Canada, which will be expanded even further in the future.

Somer’s key focus is on further developing Zanpack (high-quality board grades), Zanbarrier (flexible barrier paper for food packaging) and the premium brand Chromolux (label paper and board for pack­ag­ing and graphic ap­pli­ca­tions). In Canada he will be taking care of the entire Zanders product portfolio, which includes specialty papers and boards for labels, packaging and graphic applications.

Hank Somer has more than 30 years of experience in the paper and packaging industry, particularly in the sale of fine papers, board grades and flexible packaging. His most recent positions were in sales management at Cascades Paper, Fusionpaperboard and Munksjo Paper Mills.
