Ocean Beauty Seafoods’ Echo Falls brand introduces three premium smoked salmon products, including Applewood Smoked Wild Alaska Sockeye Salmon Candy.  The company’s smoked salmon portfolio also features Scottish Atlantic Salmon smoked from the wood of spent oak barrels from The Macallan whisky distillery and Beechwood Smoked Norwegian Atlantic Salmon, smoked in a traditional fashion perfected over generations.

Applewood Smoked Sockeye Salmon Candy, certified sustainable and harvested wild from Bristol Bay, Alaska, is cut into strips from whole fillets, cured in brown sugar and salt, and slowly smoked with Applewood. The company updated the Echo Falls brand packaging with a cleaner and bolder design.

The new packages highlight product transparency by identifying the fish origin, species, flavor and smoke type. All three new products are available to grocery stores nationwide in 4-oz., 7-oz or in 12-oz. packs.
