Inspired by Andy Warhol’s Pop Art movement of the 1950s, Burger King launched new global packaging.

Inspired by Andy Warhol’s Pop Art movement of the 1950s, Burger King (which opened its first restaurant in that same decade) launched new global packaging. Designed to appeal to your appetite, the wrappers, bags, cups, and fry pods feature bold, colorful illustrations of the menu items. A minimal use of copy also helps to convey a more consistent global look and feel. The new packages can currently be found in the US and UK and will be rolled out in all Burger King markets by the end of 2010.
