Eight finalists for Metsä Board in 2015 Pro Carton ECMA Awards

Metsä Board is delighted to announce that eight cartons using its boards have been shortlisted for the finals of the 2015 Pro Carton ECMA Awards. Submitted by its customers, there are three finalists in the healthcare category; two in beauty care; and one each in confectionery, food and beverages.

“We are tremendously proud that so many cartons using our boards have been selected as finalists,” says Mika Paljakka, VP Sales EMEA, Metsä Board. “It’s a tribute to the creativity and innovation of all the people who’ve made a contribution to their design and production, in what is a very competitive field.”

The annual Pro Carton ECMA Award competition attracts hundreds of entries, with the jury looking for excellence in design, convenience, brand communication and the major role cartonboard plays as a sustainable packaging material.
