In agreement with its association and industry partners as well as the trade fair advisory committee, Messe Düsseldorf has decided to cancel both interpack and components 2021, due to the restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The trade fairs were scheduled to take place from February 25 – March 3, 2021 at the fairgrounds in Düsseldorf, Germany.
PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, owner and producer of the PACK EXPO portfolio of trade shows, as promoted Laura Thompson to vice president, Trade Shows. Thompson previously served as senior director, Expositions.
Exhibitor applications for interpack 2020 Processes and Packaging, are now available online. The deadline for reserving exhibit space at interpack 2020 is February 28, 2019. The trade fair will be held from May 7–13, 2017 at the fairgrounds in Düsseldorf, Germany. A special feature at interpack 2020 will be the U.S. Pavilion, organized by Messe Düsseldorf North America.
PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, just announced that Jim Pittas will assume the role of president and CEO of PMMI effective Feb. 1, 2018. Pittas succeeds Chuck Yuska, who is retiring after 27 years at the helm.
