Every new technological development from Coperion that optimizes plastics recycling has been integrated into the Recycling Innovation Center’s machinery and can be tested there.
AMERIPEN’s new study represents the first deep dive into the overall impact of state recycling marketing development, or the initiatives that states have taken over the past 30 years to create or expand markets for recycled materials.
Group says the bills represent important steps in 1) building the American infrastructure for increased access to recycling in all communities and 2) improving transparency for recycling and composting.
The new resource, offered by Can Manufacturers Institute and National Association of Convenience Stores, offers tips for improving current practices, how to communicate the program goals to staff and customers, and a checklist to help retailers reduce contamination in their recycling bins.
