Monin Gourmet Flavorings, Bourges, France, is packaged in high-density polyethylene (HDPE) bottles from TricorBraun. The bottle’s shape offers a slip-resistant grip for coffee shop baristas, restaurant chefs and bartenders. A 43-millimeter polypropylene dispensing closure can be activated with one finger and includes a no-glug feature. The design minimizes the bulging of the bottle bas following nitrogen dosing.
