A new package features lunchmeat combined and separated into individual sandwich portions. The Italian-Style Sub Sandwich Kit from Land O’Frost, Lansing, Ill., has 24 ounces of salami, bologna and smoked ham. In a method adopted from some sandwich restaurant chains, each serving portion is separated by paper and layered inside a flexible pouch. There are enough portions to make 12 six-inch sub sandwiches. The closure is a double zipper from Zip Pak. The product retails for $5.99.
