Induction sealer control adjusts to line speed fluctuations
March 1, 2009
New variable sealing control (VSC) technology monitors conveyor line speed and adjusts sealing energy for optimum sealing results. (Without VSC technology, the sealing process requires a consistent line speed.) This allows packagers greater flexibility in where the induction sealer is mounted. This PLC-based system allows operators to store recipes for multiple products on their packaging line. Enercon Industries Corp. 262-255-6070;www.enerconind.com
