New variable sealing control (VSC) technology monitors conveyor line speed and adjusts sealing energy for optimum sealing results. (Without VSC technology, the sealing process requires a consistent line speed.) This allows packagers greater flexibility in where the induction sealer is mounted. This PLC-based system allows operators to store recipes for multiple products on their packaging line.
