Servo thermoform-fill-sealer offers big speed in small space

The high-performance Oystar Hassia THM Series form, fill and seal machine fills foods such as pudding, baby food, yogurt and other ready-to-eat products in single-serve cups. An aseptic version uses pressurized steam to sterilize and extend a product’s shelf life. The compact system operates at speeds of up to 40 cycles per minute; the short draw-off enables a quiet operation. Dosing units can be added for layered or swirled products or for filling dual-cavity cups with two or more components.
