METTLER TOLEDO Product Inspection Group (mt.com), the world’s leading manufacturer of in-line product inspection systems, will exhibit a number of its inspection systems at Pack Expo East 2015, to be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, February 16-18. The inspection systems on display in Booth 1002 will include some of the newest METTLER TOLEDO metal detection and X-ray inspection systems. MT inspection specialists will be on hand to guide visitors through the different systems and answer questions about their features and benefits.

Featured among those systems will be the Profile Advantage, a unique new advanced metal detection system designed specifically to inspect high-moisture targets such as poultry, other meats, cheeses and bakery products. Also among the newest systems will be the X36 X-ray inspection system, which uses more sensitive X-ray detectors to enable complete inspections with lower power X-ray generators. This reduces the system’s power requirements and the need for cooling of the unit, making it smaller and able to fit into smaller spaces on production lines.

 METTLER TOLEDO will also showcase its new XD2 checkweigher, a compact, economical and highly-efficient checkweighing solution with a sizable touchscreen interface, 100 product memories, 3 weight zones and a large range of options and accessories, as well as the Beltweigh XC checkweigher and the V6300 Vision Inspection System. The V6300 operates from a frame that fits over existing conveyor lines to save space and can be expanded to add lights and cameras as the user’s needs increase.
