CEIA Multi-Spectrum Metal Detector Gets USDA Certification
CEIA's (heatandcontrol.com) THS/MS21 is now available with optional USDA-certified construction, compliant with the USDA’s hygiene and sanitation guidelines for the design and fabrication of dairy, meat and poultry equipment. This design eliminates any difficult to clean areas, which could harbor bacteria.
The CEIA multi-spectrum metal detectors use multiple detection frequencies simultaneously to deliver the greatest sensitivity to all magnetic and non-magnetic metals and accurately compensate for product effect to reduce waste and false reject signals without reducing sensitivity.
CEIA, the world's largest manufacturer of metal detectors, developed multi-spectrum technology, available in no other metal detector. It has the industry's highest sensitivity to all magnetic and non-magnetic metals, including AISI-316stainless steel.
The metal detector achieves the highest sensitivity to smaller metal particles by applying a broad spectrum of frequencies simultaneously and continuously. Unlike the latest multi-frequency detectors which apply frequencies one at a time, CEIA’s continuous inspection process differentiates between metal contaminants and product effects without reducing metal detection sensitivity.
For fresh and frozen foods, CEIA multi-spectrum technology eliminates product effect reject errors, ends costly product waste and re-inspection and detects smaller particles of all metals.
Heat & Control (heatandcontrol.com) provides exclusive sales and service for CEIA industrial metal detectors throughout the U.S., Mexico and Latin America (excluding Chile).
