The oldest distillery brand in the world, Lucas Bols BV has created Bols Foam, the world's first foaming liqueur. Designed to add a surprising finish on deserts and beverages, the liqueur is dispensed from 200mL glass bottles with a pump that mixes the liquid with air to create (without chemicals or propellants) a creamy foam that keeps its shape for 15 minutes. Each bottle creates two liters of foaming liqueur.
Bols Foam has been launched in the European market, but is expected to be available in both North America and Asia. Initial flavors are Bols Blue, Bols Crème de Cassis, Bols Banana, Bols Amaretto, Bols Cacao White and Bols Peppermint Green.
